We have been on the program since its inception and would not hesitate to encourage anyone who requires maintenance on their computer network to use it. MultiNET is a phone call away. With Remote Administrator and an IP address they can access my network from their office. Everything is done with the utmost security and we control access to the workstations. We also subscribe to the anitvirus protection program and never have to worry about viruses passing through the firewall server. No more paying for driving time from Medford to Grants Pass. It is nice knowing they are available and that Alert! customers take priority. We were required to upgrade nine of our workstations from Windows 98 to XP Pro and were able to have all the work done remotely. They have gone out of their way to keep the workstations running during the day and we have not had to unplug a single cable to do so. I trust them totally, they have the highest integrity, and they care greatly about the quality of work they perform. I could go on and on.
