Diamond in the Rough: Error warnings

If you've worked on Windows XP for any amount of time you have, undoubtedly, seen the Error Reporting message that comes up after a serious crash where Microsoft is asking for you to send them system information about your computer when the crash happened. If this seems like a greater irritant than benefit and you want to turn the option off 1. Click on the Start Button
2. Click on the Control Panel link
3. Click on the System Icon
4. Click on the Advanced Tab
5. Click on the "Error Reporting" button at the bottom of the dialog box
6. Uncheck the "Enable error reporting"
7. You can also distinguish if you want to included what does or does not have error reporting (Windows operating system and/or programs) and you can select which programs have error reporting
